Desser,
I purchased New Condor tires & tubes, February 2002, from one of your
competitors and upon opening the box I found the tubes to be 2+ years
old and I found the tires to be 5 years and 3 years old (1997 & 1999).
I called Desser and spoke with Tom Rutigliano about questions I had about
the new tires and tubes that I had bought from the competitor with him
knowing that I had already made the purchase. He was very helpful with
my questions and did not try to sell me Fresh Desser's tires. I have since
called the competitor and I will be returning the tires and tubes for
a full refund including shipping. I also called Desser back and bought
from Tom.

Just rec'd my order and was pleasantly surprised. You took the time to
match the casings on my main gear retreads. I own a truck tire retread
facility that caps 150 tires a day so I understand casing issues. I really
expected to get two different casings along with the new nose gear tire
(Gdyr). You must take an effort to keep the molds clean too, as the sidewalls
look great.

Just wanted to say thanks for your help in finding my leaky tube problem.
It apparently was loose valve stems. I loosened them up a little, then
re-tightened them. They've only lost 5 psi (10%) in about 8 or 9 days.
So, I think they are good again. I'm not sure I would have ever thought
of checking the tightness of the valves.
