Desser Holding Company LLC (“Desser”), a leading global total aviation support provider, is excited to announce the acquisition of AOG Aviation Spares, LLC (“AOG”) www.aogrepairs.com and Seginus Aerospace LLC (“Seginus”) www.seginusinc.com. Located in Oswego, Illinois.
AOG is a FAA (Federal Aviation Agency) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) Part 145 repair station that provides component and overhaul services to the domestic and international aerospace industry, including DER (Designated Engineering Representative) component repair on a wide range of electrical and mechanical parts. Seginus develops and produces FAA approved replacement PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) parts that are sold to airline operators, repair stations, and global distributors.
Desser has been in business since 1920, and has grown into a global, multi-facility corporation specializing in the manufacture, repair and distribution of aerospace related products and systems. The acquisition of AOG and Seginus add a highly complementary business to the Desser platform, further expanding Desser’s repair products and services and in-house PMA expertise while enhancing Desser’s sales offering of proprietary products.
